Secondment Worker Visa
A secondment worker visa (global business mobility) allows you to transfer to a UK organisation to do an eligible job where your overseas employer has a high value contract with the UK organisation. Your overseas employer must have a contract valued at least £50million with the UK organisation. The visa initially can be granted for a period of 12 months. The maximum total time that you can stay in the UK is 2 years. This visa does not allow you to apply for indefinite leave to remain as this falls under a temporary work visa route.
We have the experience and knowledge to assist you with your UK secondment worker visa application whether it is for entry clearance to the UK, switching into this visa from another visa or to extend your secondment worker visa.
To discuss how our experienced immigration lawyers can assist you with your application please call or email us. Alternatively, you can complete the online enquiry form and we will contact you. Our immigration lawyers can help you by phone, videocall or see you in person at our offices in either Birmingham or London.
