Mr Sandeep Dattani
Director and Solicitor

Mr Sandeep Dattani completed his LLB Law degree in 2004 at the University of Birmingham and began working in the legal sector in 2005. He has extensive experience in immigration cases no matter how complicated. He has worked in this area since 2008 and qualified as a solicitor in 2013.

Sandeep has dealt with thousands of cases comprising a mixture of assisting individuals and businesses. Sandeep has also dealt with high-net-worth individuals and understands each clients’ needs. Sandeep works tirelessly for his clients and this ethos of professionalism is maintained by his constant drive for success.

In his spare time, Sandeep is a keen footballer, enjoys playing badminton and going to the gym. Sandeep is a father to two young children and enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Mr Eugene Daniel has been qualified as a solicitor since 2019, having worked in Immigration Law since 2015 and has earlier experience in various other fields of law including Criminal Defence.

Eugene has had excellent results for his clients over the years particularly in areas as diverse as successful challenges to ten-year visit visa refusals to successful appeals against asylum claim refusals and his cases feature the full range of UK asylum, immigration and nationality type matters including business immigration.

Outside of work Eugene enjoys reading and writing about topics such as anthropology, economic history, linguistics, and religion as well as enjoying going on long drives all over the UK.
