Our Fees
For the majority of work we undertake, we offer an agreed fixed fee so that you are aware of the potential legal costs involved. Where fees have been agreed, please note that these can vary depending on how complicated your case is and the type of matter. In some cases, the quote will be based on our hourly rate which is currently £300.00 (£30.00 per a standard six-minute unit for any telephone calls, emails, letters, perusal, attendance, preparation, etc) however we would advise you of any cost estimates in advance. We provide below the following fee information for some of the most common cases however please note that these fees do not include any Home Office fees (or other disbursements) and may be subject to VAT at a rate of 20% where applicable:

What services are included?
The work will involve:
- Discussing your circumstances in detail and confirming whether this is the most appropriate application for you to make and what other options may be available to you.
- Giving you advice about the requirements of the Immigration Rules and whether you meet the criteria.
- If you do not fulfil certain criteria, whether this can be overcome and how.
- Considering the supporting evidence you have provided.
- Where necessary, helping you obtain further evidence (such as medical records), including taking statements of any witnesses.
- Preparing your application and submitting it on your behalf, which we anticipate will take 8-14 hours depending on the type of application and the facts of your case.
- Giving you advice about the outcome of the application and any further steps you need to take.
Disbursements (not included in costs set out above)
Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties and are separate to our legal fees. These include payments for Home Office fees, barrister fees, expert report fees, interpreter’s fees, property report fees, etc. They may be subject to VAT or other taxes where applicable. Our fees quoted above do not include:

- Where the Home Office refuse your application, advice and assistance in relation to any appeal or further work. Were this to occur, we would discuss with you in advance any further fees payable.
How long will my application take?
We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application. Please read the current processing times here Visa processing times – GOV.UK We will normally aim to submit a standard application within 4-6 weeks of you instructing us however we will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this. If there are any Home Office, visa or appeal deadlines with your case, we will of course ensure that these are complied with. Please note the anticipated number of hours and fees are an estimate based on the facts above. All applications are likely to vary and of course, we can give you a more accurate estimate once we have more information about your specific case.
