Graduate Visa Application
You can apply for a graduate visa if you have studied in the UK at a UK higher education provider with a track record of compliance and have completed a course usually at bachelor, master, or doctorate level. In addition, there are other courses that may be recognised such as a law conversion course approved by the Solicitors Regulation Authority or the Bar Practice Course.
Should you wish to work in the UK under a graduate visa, you would not require any sponsorship, and the visa would be granted for either a period of 2 years or 3 years depending on the type of course you completed. This visa does not allow you to apply for indefinite leave to remain as this falls under a temporary visa route.
We have the experience and knowledge to assist you with your graduate visa application. It is important to prepare the application comprehensively to avoid the possibility of any refusal.
To discuss how our experienced immigration lawyers can assist you with your application please call or email us. Alternatively, you can complete the online enquiry form and we will contact you. Our immigration lawyers can help you by phone, videocall or see you in person at our offices in either Birmingham or London.
