Creative Worker Visa
A creative worker visa allows you to work in the UK in the creative industries such as artists, dancers, actors, entertainers, models or musicians for a UK Home Office approved employer who is known as a licenced sponsor. The visa can be granted for up to 12 months which can be extended for a further 12 months. The maximum total time that you can stay in the UK is 2 years. This visa does not allow you to apply for indefinite leave to remain as this falls under a temporary work visa route.
We have the experience and knowledge to assist you with your UK creative worker visa whether it is for entry clearance to the UK or if it is to extend your creative worker visa.
To discuss how our experienced immigration lawyers can assist you with your application please call or email us. Alternatively, you can complete the online enquiry form and we will contact you.
