Long Residence Application
A long residence application enables you to apply for indefinite leave to remain if you have had 10 years lawful continuous residence in the UK subject to meeting other criteria. Indefinite leave to remain allows you to settle in the UK with the right to live, study and work in the UK without any immigration restrictions. Sometimes this can be referred to as permanent residence or settled status. You cannot include any dependants on your long residence application however they may be able to qualify within their own right for indefinite leave to remain or further leave to remain.
We have the experience and knowledge to assist you with your long residence application. It is important to prepare the application comprehensively to avoid the possibility of any refusal.
