Child Dependant Visa
A child dependant visa allows a child under the age of 18 to join their parent(s) in the UK as their dependent child. The parent must be British, have indefinite leave to remain in the UK, being admitted for indefinite leave, have limited leave as the partner of a British or settled person in the UK, applying for limited leave as the partner of a British or settled person in the UK or currently be in a visa category (such as a skilled worker, ancestry visa, etc) which allows you to include dependent children. If successful, the child would be granted either indefinite leave or limited leave to remain.
We understand where children are involved, immigration processes can be stressful for not only the children but also the parents wishing to sponsor the children to the UK. It is therefore important to ensure that your child dependant visa application is completed correctly and that you include all the necessary documents to strengthen the chances of your success. We have the experience and knowledge to help you navigate through some of the complexities of applying for a child dependant visa so that you can be reunited with your family.
